The ford f150 we purchased from Thompsons on 7/18/26 has been at the Ford dealership since Tuesday 7/21/26 -- for the last 9 days. We may not get it back until mid next week at the earliest. We had the truck for 2 days. Drove it home Saturday, discovered it had issues...parked it sunday/monday--took it straight to a Ford dealer that could get it in last Tuesday. Very FRUSTRATING. We hadn't waisted our time calling Thompsons back yet, bc the BEST they could do was "maybe" offer $250 towards a rental (which would only take care of a few days). We will be without a truck for 2 weeks. Just 2 days after purchasing this vehicle from Thompsons. When we called Thompsons to inform, we were told "that's part of buying used" 😥. Disappointed that Thompsons does not have the integrity to even offer to make this right. This has brought hardship on our family. We have 2 children. -- 10 and 13, very active in sports and have been down a vehicle, and will be for the unseen future. Their dad works 45 min away from home one way. Thompsons does not care what they have done to our family. I would NOT recommend buying used from Thompsons and purchase every warranty you can to protect yourself.
