There was no pressure to buy and him & his manager worked with me on the discounts as well as my trade-in value. Deon was very polite and professional. I would recommend Thompson for anyone who needs a new vehicle!

Great place, I messaged a salesman about what I was looking for (Patty-O) told him exactly what I needed out of it, where I wanted to be as far as price/mileage and year, he made it happen with a truck that hadn't made the internet yet, he wasnt pushy, and they are one of the few if not only dealership in town that doesnt get pushy about using in house financing.
I was pleasantly surprised at Thompson, the price was fair, PattyO was NOT pushy at all, most dealerships get pushy from the sales to finance about utilizing their in house financing, but i didnt get that here. I told them I wanted to use my credit union, ok no problem, well just treat this as a cash deal. Highly recommend going here

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The staff were not pushy at all. I was given plenty of time to browse the lot alone before being approached and asked questions. My salesman was Hayden. He was great to work with. I told him which vehicles I wanted to see and that's what he brought. I ended up purchasing one the following day.
