I know a dealership is a business. I knew what car I wanted. I had been thinking about for a while. Thompson’s had a preowned Buick that was just what I needed, and they had it priced just a hint below retail according to my credit union. Thompson worked with my alternate financing had the car looking gorgeous, and Eric was as kind as could be. I just caught little extra things He did all along the way, and even after I bought the car he was helping me navigate OnStar and getting to know the radio. The fact that Eric has been there for seven years says good things about both him and his employer. I have already shared his name with friends and family. Two thumbs up for Eric.

This is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. The staff weren't pushy at all. They asked me which vehicles I wanted to see and only brought those ones up front. Everyone from the salesman to the owner were very friendly and willing to answer questions and explain things.
