It was, hands down the best exoeryweve ever had buying a vehicle. From our first interaction with Justin “Tito” Amarillas and then with John Cosa, they made us feel like part of The Thompson family. Tito, began working with my wife via the Buick (GM) website, then text and phone which led to my wife being shown the Buick Envista xx and then her test driving it. She had seen several Envista’s on the road and an image and experience in her mind before she ever drove it. She wanted to know more about it and see if it was going to live up to everything she envisioned. The Envista xx did not disappoint. Tito answered all of her questions and they worked out the numbers and then it was up to me. Tito knew after talking with my wife that we would be buying, we just didn’t know when because the company I work for had just been sold and we didn’t have a lot of details about what was going to happen. She asked him to give her two days and then reach out and she’d have a decision for him. He did not call, text or email us relentlessly, Tito waited the two days and then called her. We decided to buy our Envista. Tito sent us the link for financing told us a member of the finance team would call us. John Cosa was wonderful to work with. He got approved right away and we setup for a Saturday delivery. When we arrived Tito was ready for me to take the Envista for a test drive, I told him that my wife drove it, she loved it and that it ticked off all the boxes for what we were wanting in a new vehicle. I told him that I trusted my wife’s opinion and decision about the Envista, so I didn’t take for a test drive. Tito let John know we were ready to do the paperwork and to start enjoying our beautiful new Buick Envista xx. John, got us a great rate and he got us in and out of the finance office in about 45 minutes. We’ve had multiple people ask about the Envista and where we bought it. All of them can’t believe that it’s a Buick because it looks so high end similar to a Porsche, Lexus or a BMW. We then tell them that Thompson is the place to go for their next vehicle. Our daughter is planning on getting her next vehicle from Thompson and we will definitely be back for our next purchase. Thank you, Tito and John for your wonderful service. You are great assets to Thompson Buick GMC Cadillac.

I know a dealership is a business. I knew what car I wanted. I had been thinking about for a while. Thompson’s had a preowned Buick that was just what I needed, and they had it priced just a hint below retail according to my credit union. Thompson worked with my alternate financing had the car looking gorgeous, and Eric was as kind as could be. I just caught little extra things He did all along the way, and even after I bought the car he was helping me navigate OnStar and getting to know the radio. The fact that Eric has been there for seven years says good things about both him and his employer. I have already shared his name with friends and family. Two thumbs up for Eric.
